3. Self-Directed Trading
If brokerage connectivity is made available, any trade submitted through a connected account must be reviewed and confirmed by you before submission. Convex Stock Signal does not place trades for you automatically unless clearly disclosed and separately authorized.
You are solely responsible for all orders submitted through your brokerage account, including order size, timing, suitability, and review of execution details.
4. Brokerage Connectivity
If you connect a third-party brokerage account, you authorize Convex Stock Signal to access permitted account and trading data and to transmit your confirmed order instructions to that broker on your behalf.
Brokerage services are provided by the third-party broker, not by Convex Stock Signal. Execution quality, fills, rejections, buying power, restrictions, account approvals, and settlement are determined by the broker and its applicable agreements.
5. Market Risk and Performance
Trading stocks involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Prices may move quickly, and market conditions, liquidity, spreads, slippage, halts, news, and volatility can materially affect results.
Past performance, historical returns, backtests, model outputs, win rates, or prior signals do not guarantee future performance.
